The 2.5"x4.25" holy card features a stunning image of Our Lady of Czestochowa on the front, with a prayer on the back. It has the words of the Sub Tuum, an ancient Marian prayer (the original Marian prayer, actually: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sub_tuum_praesidium), in polish.  The Sub Tuum is commonly prayed in devotions to Our Lady of Czestochowa:
