This framed canvas is a printed copy of "City on the Riviera" by Alfred Zoff.

Alfred Zoff was an Austrian landscape painter. He was originally going to follow in his father's footsteps and become a doctor, but at the age of 28, he decided to pursue a career of art. From 1907 onwards, he was a professor of landscape and still-life painting in Graz, Austria.
