This rustic wood plaque features Star of Bethlehem.
This simple yet moving work by 19th century German artist Bruno Piglhein captures Mary quietly holding her infant Jesus, with the angels around them in wonder and adoration. The Star of Bethlehem shines high above them in the night sky, pointing the way to the Christ child for all who will go to Him. Jesus's humanity is expertly captured in His small newborn form, while His divinity is shown by His radiance and the angelic hosts that have come to be with their Lord.
Our Star of Bethlehem by Bruno Piglhein rustic wood plaque quietly depicts the scene and meaning of Christmas both in the dead of winter and around the year. Find a spot in your home for this meditative plaque, or give it to a loved one to remind them of the joy and peace of Christ's coming.
Our Rustic Wood Plaques are designed, printed and stained to give a rustic, weathered look. They are constructed from a wood composite in our shop in Steubenville, Ohio. All sizes are printed on a single board, however larger sizes are printed to look like slats.
