This framed canvas is a printed copy of "The Artist's Garden in Argenteuil" by Alfred Sisley.
Alfred Sisley was a British-French impressionist artist in the mid to late 1800s. As a young man, he was sent to London to study business, but after four years of study, he returned to Paris and began studying art there. He was friends with Renoir, Monet, and other artists, all of whom were also impressionists.
