Send blessings to the freshly ordained leader and servant of the faithful with our Chalice and Host Ordination Holy Card! The front depicts the Heavenly Banquet celebrated here on earth by the spiritual shepherd: the Eucharist above a chalice with the grapes and wheat they were made with. Remind yourself and the new "priest of God Most High" about the power and grace bestowed upon a priest, that he is made into Christ more fully by the Sacrament in order to bring us, his sheep, closer to our Home with Christ. As the Cure of Ars said, "The priest continues the work of redemption on earth. . . . If we really understood the priest on earth, we would die not of fright but of love. . . . The Priesthood is the love of the heart of Jesus."

This 2.5"x4.5" card is available as a laminated single, a laminated pack of 25, and a paper pack of 50. It adds the perfect personal touch to an Ordination gift! Designed, finished, and printed at our shop by local workers in Steubenville, Ohio.

Back Text Reads:

May you be blessed by God
and filled with zeal for the
Gospel, love for all mankind,
and reverence for His Church
as he gives you the grace to serve
in humility and obedience all the
days of your life.

"Every high priest is chosen from
his fellow-men and appointed
to serve God on their behalf, to
offer sacrifices and
offerings for sins. Since he
himself is weak in many ways,
he is able to be gentle with those
who are ignorant and make
mistakes." -Hebrew 5:1-2
